I am a technologist, entrepreneur, and seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in the tech industry. Over the course of my career, I have:

  • Built and scaled high-performing teams, including leading Amazon Publisher Services (APS) from inception to becoming the #1 SSP globally.
  • Played diverse roles such as Founder, Head of Engineering, and Head of Operations at leading organizations.
  • Mentored and guided engineers, product managers, and data scientists to reach their full potential.
  • Advocated for continuous improvement, fostering cultures that prioritize innovation, collaboration, and growth.
